OBS OBS overlay not showing

Copy a fresh OBS Browser Source link from Quick Start or the dashboard, add it as a Browser Source, keep the source visible, then use Test Alert.

Alerts Alerts not firing

Use Test Alert first. If that works, check Connections and make sure the overlay link belongs to the same creator workspace.

Discord Discord not responding

Check the Discord connection, welcome channel, verification role, and bot permissions. Basic welcome and roles remain available on Free.

Billing Billing or plan access issue

Open Billing, confirm your plan is active, then use Manage Billing to update payment details. If access still looks wrong, contact support.

Uploads Upload or storage issue

Free can use preset media. Custom alert uploads require Creator.
